Are the fire pits ADA compliant?
Of course! If you would kindly call 480.585.2694, our team will do our best to put you at a location that is easily accessible. -

Can I reserve a specific firepit?
Unfortunately we cannot accommodate specific location reservations. You are more than welcome to request a specific location, however, it is not guaranteed. -
Can we arrive early for our reservation?
You are more than welcome to arrive on property early, and check in should staff be at the host stand. However, you are not guaranteed access to your fire pit prior to the designated start time. -
Of course! Custom Christmas at the Princess blankets will be available for purchase at $30 each. You are also more than welcome to bring your on blankets.

Can we bring decorations or trinkets to be pre-set at our table?
Of course, depending on the size. If you require drop off and assistance with set up, please contact Restaurant Reservation at 480-585-2694. -
Can we bring strollers, walkers, or wheelchairs? Where do we put them?
Yes, we suggest you keep them with you, as they will not be monitored by staff. -
Can we invite people to meet us?
Absolutely! When you purchase your fire pits, please follow prompts to add additional wristbands. If you have a group larger than the max listed above, and would like all guests to have VIP access, please purchase an additional firepit. Can we order delivery from one of the other signature restaurants and bring them to the fire pit?
We do not offer delivery from our signature outlets. However, your server will gladly you provide you with our limited seasonal menu to enjoy food & beverage from. -
Do resort guests receive a discount on firepits?
The packages are set as is. We do welcome you to enjoy Christmas at the Princess in the most luxurious way, by enjoying a semi-private fire pit. -
How are the fire pits configured?
Our fire pits for 4 guests are near the ice skating rink at Desert Ice. Majority of our larger tables will be set off of the ice skating rink at Desert Ice, but all tables will have a fantastic view all around. -
How do I add or remove tickets from my group after purchasing?
We can adjust your reservation (subject to availability), there will be a $20 fee for the ticket change. If we dine on property, do we receive a discount for the fire pit?
No, we do not offer discounts on property, but encourage you to enjoy Christmas at the Princess to the fullest. -
I purchased too many firepits. What do I do?
We do not offer any refunds. Please contact restaurant reservations at 480-585- 2694 for any questions. -
It is showing sold out. How do I get tickets?
The website is updated in real time. If we do not show any available, we unfortunately do not have any fire pits to offer. We recommend going online periodically to check for any updates. We do not host a cancellation list or waitlist. -
What are the table maxes for each fire pit?

What is the difference between the different fire pit options?

What type of food and beverage service is offered?
You will have a designated server at your fire pit to purchase food and beverage options off a limited specialty menu. -
When do we have to check into your firepit?
We require check in by 6pm. If you do not check in at this time, we have the right to resell the fire pits. -
When I purchase a fire pit, do I need to purchase general admission as well?
No, your fire pit reservation includes VIP Express wristbands. -
When I purchase a fire pit, do I need to purchase valet parking as well?
No, your fire pit includes valet parking (allotment will depend on the size your fire pit). Please view our booking site for clarification. -
Where can I find a promo code to use on tickets or fire pits?
We do not offer promo codes for our fire pit reservations. Packages are set as is. -
