• Can I park without a Self-Parking Ticket?

  No, a Self-Parking ticket is required to park.

• Where do I get dropped off or picked up if I use a ride-share service?

  There are designated ride share locations, but make sure to purchase your general admission wristband in advance at https://christmasattheprincess.com/buy-tickets for access to the event and activities. You can view our Christmas map here.

• Where do overnight guests, restaurant or CAP guests park when we get there?

  Overnight and restaurant guests should follow the signs to the front drive near the lobby and main entrance to valet. As a Christmas at the Princess evening visitor, either follow self-parking signage onto Cottage Terrace Dr., or navigate to the front drive to valet.

• Where do we go when we arrive?

  For visitors self-parking, please follow all self-parking signs onto Cottage Terrace Dr. If you wish to valet park, please make way to the front drive of the hotel.
